Home-Made PANCAKES!!
How to prepare nice, oil-free pancakes. You don't have to visit a five star restaurant before quenching your craves for a yummy pancake.
You can always make it in your house, at a stay over, picnics, or even mini parties.
The steps below are easy and detailed as ever!
Recipe
Flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tablespoonful
Salt - 1 pinch
Sugar - 1/4 cup or 1/8 (as desired, some do not like sugar as much)
Egg - 1
Milk - 2 spoons
Butter - 1 spoonful
Fresh Pepper (if desired)
Onion - ½ ball (if desired)
Ginger (if desired)
Steps
1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, sliced pepper, sliced onion, grated ginger, whisked egg, and melted butter, mix until smooth
3. Heat a lightly greased griddle or frying pan over a medium high heat.
4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle/frying pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
5. Serve as desired and enjoy with any chilled drink, even water!
