SPAGHETTI MEAT BALLS

Spaghetti meat balls is very easy and can be ready in about 10-12 mins if you're using the slim pasta or about 12-18 mins if you're using the medium sized pasta.

Recipe
Pasta - 1 pack
Vegetable Oil - (15ml)
Seasoning - 1cube
Salt - 1 spoon(leveled)
Jollof spice - 1 spoon (leveled)
Tomato/Pepper paste - 2 sachets
Onion - 1/2 ball
Meat - 2 kg
Step 1: Boil the pasta for about 8 mins
While doing that, you can also dice the meat and boil it in a separate pot
Step 2: Pour the boiled pasta into a seive and allow water to drain
Step 3: Make sure you empty the pot, no strand of pasta is left, then pour the veg oil
Step 4: Add your tomato/pepper paste (keep stiring paste)
Step 5: Add the seasoning, salt and jollof spice
Step 6: Slice the onion into the paste
Step 7: Add your diced meat (Keep stiring)
Step 8: Pour the drained spaghetti into the seasoned paste and stir till formed.
Your Spaghetti meat balls is ready as desired, you can serve with any chilled drink of your choice.
