Banana Pudding!!!
Surprising how you can make pudding from fruits??...okay, maybe not.
I'll just write the recipe and steps below, detailed as ever!
You'll need foil paper, small aluminum bowl
Cooking Method: Steaming
Recipe
Banana - 1 bunch (depends on the number of people youre serving and the quantity of your flour)
Flour - 250kg
Milk - 1 tin
Sugar - 50kg
Eggs - 3
Lime - 1(optional)
Margarine
Steps
Step 1: Mix the margarine and the sugar contionously
Step 2: Seperate the egg white from the yolk carefully
Step 3: Add the yolk to the mixed batter(margarine and sugar)
Step 4: Add the flour and milk, keep mixing
Step 5: Add the egg white, keep mixing till the batter turns near white
Step 6: You mash the bananas, add lime to keep the banana from turning black (optional)
Step 7: Add the mashed bananas into the batter
Step 8: Lubricate the aluminum bowl with your remaining margarine or oil
Step 9: Pour the batter into the lubricated aluminum bowl and use the foil paper to cover each bowl then steam for about 45 mins (You can place foil paper inside the pot you want to use to steam)
Step 10: Its about time for you to serve your dessert!!
You can also decide to slice your remaining bananas and use to garnish the pudding
